Reba Clarke
Dr. Reba Clarke-Wedderburn is an educator and executive function strategist who believes people deserve honesty, context, and compassion when it comes to how their brains work. She grew up hearing all kinds of messages about focus, effort, and “pulling it together,” and she knows firsthand how easy it is to blame yourself for things that are simply human.
Reba’s work sits at the place where real life and identity meet. She talks openly about how race, gender, culture, sexuality, and upbringing shape the way people are judged when they forget something, fall behind, or burn out. Her goal is to make executive function simple and relatable, not clinical or cold, so people can finally understand what they’re experiencing without shame.
Through teaching, coaching, and her podcast Somewhat Functional, Reba gives people the language they never had, the tools they always needed, and the reminder that they are not broken. She helps people make sense of their mind in a way that feels real, supportive, and actually doable in everyday life.
